"The Rookie" is back with episode 4 of season 7, which airs today, Tuesday, Jan. 28 at 10 p.m. Eastern on ABC.

On today's episode, "Darkness Falling," following his stint at the Los Angeles Police Department, Wesley comes back to the DA's office where his past connects him to department's investigation. Meanwhile, Bailey and John have conflicting feelings over safety and Lucy gets suspicious of Seth, ABC says.

The series centers around John Nolan, the oldest rookie in the LAPD, who uses his life experience, determination and sense of humor to keep up with other rookies.
