How many points did Devin Carter score on Feb. 26? Kings vs. Hustle box score

Sacramento Kings rookie Devin Carter registered a new career high on assignment in the G League to lead the Stockton Kings to a win over the Memphis Hustle on Wednesday.

Carter produced 34 points, nine rebounds, three steals, two assists and one blocked shot in the 120-08 victory at Adventist Health Arena. He finished by shooting 9-of-18 from the field, including 3-of-11 from 3-point range, and 6-of-6 from the free-throw line in 35 minutes.

The 13th pick scored 24 points alone in the first half to help the Kings build a 22-point advantage at the intermission. He was a plus-18 on the court as the Kings improved to 15-7 in the regular season.

Carter logged his fourth appearance with Stockton, averaging 27.3 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, 2.3 steals and 1.5 blocks on 39.1% shooting from 3-point range. He neared a triple-double in his last outing on Feb. 13 with 29 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists.

The 22-year-old debuted with Sacramento on Jan. 3 after undergoing left shoulder surgery in July. He is averaging 3.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 18 games with the Kings, though he has fallen out of the rotation for interim coach Doug Christie.

Despite seeing minimal time of late, Carter has impressed the organization and was even labeled as untouchable in trade discussions. They view him as a cornerstone player and are eager to watch him develop on the court this year and beyond.
