Song for the Mute and Adidas return for another pair of stylish sneakers
While it's been some time since Song for the Mute previewed their newest collaboration with Adidas during their Paris Fashion Week, the time has finally come for these designs to hit the shelves. Releasing two models with three colorways each for a total of six new sneakers, the latest collaboration between the pair is set to hit stores later this year. True to the partnership's past style, the new collaborative sneakers feature a retro look that pairs style with a slimmed-down look. In this launch, both the Adidas Taekwondo Mei and Adizero PR have received a fresh new design that manages to keep the casual vibe while incorporating a new elevated feel.

Taking on two of Adidas' sneaker silhouettes, Song for the Mute has once again delivered a sophisticated look that feels almost elegant. The Adidas Taekwondo Mei, a favorite archival silhouette, arrives with a chic suede upper with the option of a slip-on style. With a sleek and minimal look, the design forgoes the typical overlay of the Three Stripes for an imprinted version. The Taekwondo Mei will be available in olive, black, and beige colorways.

On the other hand, the duo's version of the Adizero PR brings the design to life with a mesh base, contrasted by leather overlays. Details like metal beads and mismatched laces add edge and style to the overall design. This silhouette will arrive in hues of black, white, and red. Both sneakers arrive with co-branding throughout the sneaker, including tags that read "SFTM-006" and "SFTM-007." While neither Adidas nor Song for the Mute has released an official release date or retail price, it's expected to land during the fall season.
