COLUMBIA -- The Thomas Jefferson eighth-grade girls teams swept Tuesday night's doubleheader against Smithton Middle School.
The A team won 38-29, improving its record to 3-0. Cloey Dudenhoeffer had a team-high 15 points, followed by Saylor Bond with 10 points
The Lady Patriots' B team also won 29-4. Kristen Baker and Carter Nelson scored nine and eight points, respectively.
Thomas Jefferson hosts a doubleheader tonight against West Middle School.
