THIS DAY came Steven Paul O'Connor, Executor of the Estate of Paul D. O'Connor, deceased, by counsel, and filed with leave of Court a Motion for a Show Cause Order against distribution of this estate; and
IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the debts and demands against the Estate of Paul D. O'Connor, deceased, has been filed in the clerk's office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Executor, it is hereby
ORDERED that the creditors of and all other persons interested in the Estate of Paul D. O'Connor, deceased, do show cause, if any they can, on September 5, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., before this Court against the payment and delivery of the estate to the parties entitled thereto, with or without requiring refunding bond as this Court may determine.
