Penta made his much-anticipated debut on the January 13th edition of Monday Night RAW, where he had a solid match against Chad Gable. Afterwards, he cut an emotional promo to the WWE Universe and he has now confirmed that promo was unscripted and from the heart.
While speaking to Busted Open Radio, Penta was asked if his promo after his Raw debut was scripted or if he spoke from the heart. Penta confirmed it was from the heart as he emphasized that he carries the responsibility of representing his country, culture, friends, and both Mexican and American wrestling legends. He expressed deep gratitude to his fans and supporters, assuring them that he would never let them down.
"To be honest, from my heart, because I know on my shoulders, I have the responsibility -- my country, my culture, my friends, legends, Mexican legends, American legends. It's like, no, I... I want to say to all my fans, to all the people who support me -- really, really, this is the truth, bro. I won't let you down, guys. Never."
The Royal Rumble premium live event on February 1st at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis will have quite a few WWE Superstars vying for a chance to punch their ticket to WrestleMania 41.
