DANI Dyer-Bowen has revealed her next step in her career was one of the "toughest things" she's ever endured.
The former Love Island winner is among the line-up of contestants for a new series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
Revealing the news to her 3.7million Instagram followers, the TV personality and influencer said: "Filmed out in North Africa, this was honestly one of the toughest things I've ever done in my life. Mentally, physically, everything.
"We're not giving away too much just yet, but the new series will be coming to Channel 4 in January 2026 and I can't wait for you all to see it.
"The line-up this year is amazing and I feel so lucky to be part of it."
Speaking to the Press Association, the 29-year-old said she was a "a massive fan of the show", and had always been curious as to whether she could endure the challenges.
"I'm nuts, but I think I will be good at it, I'll be completely out of my comfort zone," she said.
"I just hope that I will be able to stop listening to the voices in my head and just get to the end because that would make me so proud.
"I think physically I've got this, mentally is what I'll struggle with as my brain attacks me all the bloody time. I just want to believe in myself a little bit more and stop being a negative Nancy."

Dani, who welcomed identical twins, Star and Summer, with Leominster-born Jarrod Bowen in May 2023, had been set to appear on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, but was forced to pull out after fracturing her ankle during a rehearsal.
Dyer and Bowen tied the knot in a lavish Buckinghamshire ceremony in a £500-per-night hotel, and were walked down the aisle by her EastEnders star dad, Danny.
In July of last year, the couple announced the news of their engagement with an Instagram post captioned "us forever" alongside a ring emoji.
