Alex Borg told party supporters on Monday that in the first 100 days of his leadership, the PN had started a revolution and a new chapter for the island.
Addressing a mass rally in front of the PN's headquarters in Pieta, Borg called the PN "a winning party".
The mass rally is the culmination of a seven-day "Christmas village" at Dar Ċentrali which included a fundraiser broadcast on the party's media on Sunday that raised over €730,000 in donations.
The young leader was welcomed by supporters waving posters reading "this is the moment" and "Alex Borg", and chants of "Nazzjonalisti, Nazzjonalisti".
Fireworks were let off from the headquarters' roof ahead of Borg's speech.
Earlier on Monday, the party's overdue audited financial statements for 2021-2024 were presented to the Electoral Commission, showing that PN's total liabilities stand at €11.7 million.
Borg told party supporters this was one of his promises in the leadership campaign.
"I made a lot of promises during the leadership campaign, which the PL said we could not achieve.
"Today marks the 100 day of my leadership, and all I promised has been achieved.
"Among others, this morning we achieved something that a lot of people thought was impossible to achieve. It was something I wanted to achieve to ensure a credible party and to gain people's trust," he said, referring to the publication of the party's financial statements.
The PN, he said, was being credible even from the Opposition.
Borg also referred to a record collection of over €1million in donations over recent days.
The record sum, he said, was a "certificate of trust" of the people in the party as it showed that people wanted to invest in the PN.
He also said that according to a broadcasting survey, for the first time in history, NET station was the most followed station in Malta. Borg said he believed the party's station to be the voice of the people.
Borg also referred to €15,000 collected through a crowdfunding campaign to support the party's podcast.
"The PL wants to copy us and will have its own podcast. Don't worry, we lead and they follow," he said to a cheering crowd.
"However, I have a big surprise for you: we had 3,000 new paid up members during the first 100 days of my leadership."
Borg warned that although a party under his new leadership had achieved a lot, there was still a lot to do. He was encouraged by people's willingness to help out.
"No matter how long the road is or how big the challenge feels, we see hope at the end of the road.
"This is the winning mentality I wanted to bring to the PN and in these 100 days we learnt that when we organise ourselves, work hand in hand, trust the people and bring energy to the party, we can bring about change."
