Snow College was honored to welcome Garett and Natalie Bolles back to campus last Friday, Feb. 21, for a special event celebrating their journey from Badgers to the big leagues. The couple, who met at Snow College in 2014 when Garett played football and Natalie was on the cheer team, returned to Ephraim to reconnect with students and the community.
Garett, now regarded as one of the top left tackles in the NFL, was a first-round draft pick for the Denver Broncos in 2017 after playing at the University of Utah. He has remained a key player for the Broncos and has built a reputation for his resilience, dedication, and skill on the field.
During his visit, Garett delivered an inspirational speech titled "Live Your Dream!" at the Horne Athletic Center, where he shared his journey of perseverance-from overcoming personal struggles to achieving success in the NFL. Attendees also learned about his GB3 Foundation, which supports children with ADHD and learning disabilities, empowering them to pursue their own dreams. His commitment to this cause earned him a 2023 nomination for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award, one of the league's most prestigious honors.
Following his speech, fans had the opportunity to meet Garett and receive autographs, making it a memorable event for students and community members alike.
"We were thrilled to welcome Garett and Natalie back to Snow College," said Snow College President Stacee Yardley McIff. "Their story of resilience, determination, and giving back was truly inspiring to our students and community."
Snow College was grateful to host the Bolles family and looks forward to following their continued success. For more information about upcoming events, visit snow.edu.
