Bowling Green man charged with drug trafficking in Auburn - WNKY News 40 Television

AUBURN, Ky. - A Bowling Green man is charged with drug trafficking after a traffic stop.

According to a uniform citation, the Logan County Sheriff's Office observed a driver on Friday that was wanted on a warrant for drug related offenses.

Authorities say they conducted a traffic stop and spoke to 49-year-old Jared Hall of Bowling Green.

Deputies say they deployed a K-9, which gave a positive alert on the vehicle.

Authorities say they searched the vehicle and located multiple suspected methamphetamine pipes, rolling papers, suspected psychedelic mushrooms, marijuana, a digital scale with narcotics residue, suspected heroin, suspected fentanyl, a blue M30 pill and other substances.

According to deputies, Hall stated the vehicle and a container that was searched did not belong to him.

Hall was taken into custody and transported to the Logan County Jail.

Hall is charged with failure to produce insurance card, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security, first offense, failure to wear seat belts, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (heroin), trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (fentanyl), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (drug unspecified), possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia - buy/possess.
