ANN ARBOR, MI -- Ann Arbor's hotly debated plan to grow the city is going to take longer to finalize as more work is needed on it, officials say.
City Council voted 8-2 Thursday night, Aug. 7, to approve another amendment to a contract with Philadelphia-based planning consultant Interface Studio for an extension of time to create an additional iteration of the city's draft comprehensive land-use plan and to attend upcoming public meetings.
