French-Asian pastries, samosas, gelato and more are "coming soon" to the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City.
The mall at 1100 S. Hayes Street recently announced a slate of four incoming restaurants, with offerings ranging from masala fries to fast-casual chicken and bowls. More information on planned openings dates was not immediately available.
This bakery offers French and Asian-inspired breads, cakes, pastries and sandwiches, as well as espresso drinks and tea. Purple sweet potato loaf, taro cream bread and strawberry lychee cakes join more savory menu items, like a spinach and feta Danish.
The mall location will be Arlington's second Tous les Jours, joining a recently opened kiosk at the Ballston Quarter. It is expected to open at the S. Hayes Street entrance near Zara.
This French-born gelato franchise offers creamy Italian-style gelato and sorbet, served in a signature rose petal pattern. Other sweet treats include crepes, macarons and waffles loaded with customizable toppings. Vegan and gluten-free options are available.
The franchise was originally projected to open this past summer, but has faced delays. It is expected to open on the mall's Metro level, next to Panda Express.
Guatemalan chicken shop franchise Pollo Campero offers fried and citrus-grilled chicken sandwiches, nuggets and meals, as well as empanadas, bowls and salad. This will be Arlington's first location, though some nearby outposts exist in Alexandria and Bailey's Crossroads.
The shop looks to open on the Metro Level, next to Health Pub.
Casual, Indian-inspired eatery Kati Roll Wala announced a new mall location last month on Facebook. The shop offers quick bites like samosas and masala fries. Custom bowls come with toppings like chicken tikka and spiced potatoes, and can be ordered with mango or rose lassi drinks.
