The areas set to be impacted in the north of the county include Brancaster, Burnham, Holkham, Wells, Blakeney, Cley and Salthouse.
Alerts are also in place for Hunstanton, Heacham, Snettisham, Ingoldisthorpe, Dersingham and Wolferton in the west of Norfolk.
It is expected that water will be seen on coastal footpaths and roads as a result of higher-than-usual tides.
According to the Environment Agency, the high tides are expected between 7am and 9am tomorrow.
Locals have been advised to take care on beaches, coastal roads and footpaths, and not to put themselves or others in danger.
Several attractions in Norfolk will be closed tomorrow due to the storm, including National Trust sites such as the Blickling Estate and Felbrigg Hall.
