(KRON) -- An earthquake shook in Sonoma County Saturday afternoon, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS). A preliminary 2.7-magnitude earthquake was reported near Kenwood at around 9:30 a.m.
The epicenter is more than two miles away from Santa Rosa. The earthquake's depth is listed to be 1.3 kilometers (or about 0.807 miles), according to USGS.
The earthquake was felt in Glen Ellen, Rohnert Park and other parts of the North Bay.
